KitchenAid Appliances Rebate

Offer Expires: 10/1/2026 to 12/31/2026 Must be postmarked by: 1/30/2027

Receive up to a $4000 rebate with purchase of qualifying KitchenAid Appliances. Rebate form must be postmarked by 1/30/2027.

Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Impressive range top.

resconroe 8/3/2026

We are in the process of replacing our Jenn Air kitchen appliances with Kitchen Aid when replacement parts for the Jenn Air convection ovens and the Jenn Air parts were no longer available. The range top is massive. The individual grates are extra large. The control knobs are huge. The included installation was not perfect and I'll eventually get it corrected. It cooks very well with good temperature control.

Great stovetop...with some flaws

Solid Range.scratches oof 7/15/2026

I would like to give this 3.5-4 stars. This cook top is very easy to clean which I love and cooks very well. Overall a solid stove top I would recommend, but feel the price is a bit high. It does make the kitchen overall hot and hood above it very hot. My biggest complaint is the stainless steel surfaces scratch WAY, WAY too easily.

Beware of the the knobs being turned on

Alex9 6/18/2026

The knobs are VERY DANGEROUS. I have bumped them multiple times, not knowing i did and turned the gas on. Not the ignitier and gas, just the gas, so gas seeps into the house without me knowing until i smell it. i have bumped these knobs BARELY and turned the flame completely on while unloading the dishwasher and backing into the stove. This is a major design flaw with these rangetops. if you have little kids and even dogs that can reach the knobs, be VERY aware what you may be walking into. These will turn on with a feather of a bump. Performance and power are fine, but the knobs are WAY TOO VULNERABLE TO BUMPING. Kitchenaid's solution they offered me was to take the knobs off when not in use. That is not a solution, thats a band-aid. I shouldn't have to take the knobs off when i have no kids and no larger dogs around, just two grown adults.

Faulty Product

Vivian H 1/29/2026

The grates on this cooktop cracked within the first 2 years of owning the product. I've been getting the run around with customer service to get the replacement grates. A product that is commercial grade should not have this issue. Customer service would either keep me on hold or keep telling me to order the parts myself for 150 per grate!

Flimsy wok ring

VBR7 1/24/2026

Wok ring started to develop crack within one month of use. Cleaning cooktop is not easy. 6 burners is good feature but the griddle gets dirty easily. The stainless on the side gets scratches easily. Within one month of use, my cooktop looks old inspite of cleaning everyday and deep cleaning every week.

Not all burners work, Customer service terrible

RKitchen 1/14/2026

I love KitchenAid products, but the after sales, customer service is terrible. I have purchased multiple major appliances from KitchenAid over the years. I recently purchased the 36' 6 burner - Commercial style gas range top. The front and rear middle burners are weak, and the front won't ignite without using a flame. This has been since install, so brand-new. I have been trying to reach out to book a service, to get this resolved. But I get the "due to high volumes" and then sit on hold for an hour before I give up. I have even tried the "chat" online to book a service, after waiting for a representative for 2 hours, I gave up there to. Think twice before purchasing a KitchenAid if after sale, customer service is important to you.

Gas Range top

Azatms 1/14/2026

Bad design. The circular grate made of cast iron will crack because of heating and cooling, Instead of a circle, the grate needs to have couple of cuts so that it is made of 2 c- shaped sections. The gaps will allow expansion of grate without cracking.

We bought this 36" stove about 8 months ago and it works great. However the wok ring of the grates broke after a hissing sound and now i am being told that it is not covered under 1 Year warranty. Cheap quality for a premium range.

I've always wanted and needed 6 burners

clwcooks 1/2/2026

This is a lovely cooktop with some big drawbacks. As many have reported the knobs are a bit scary. I'm 5'1 and as I lean over to clean behind the cooktop I have accidentally turned on a burner. I finally just removed the knobs when I clean the stove, however I do think KitchenAid should supply something, ANYTHING! that would solve the problem particularly for homes with young children. My other issue is not safety related but annoys me even more. It is impossible to clean the black enamel under the burners. Any grease just continues to spread. Even after repeated intensive cleaning and polishing there are streaks left behind. Even worse, we are an Italian family. Starchy pasta water sputters and spits as boils and has left permanent marks and pits on the enamel that look like rust and baked on starch. Try as I might, I can't clean them off. My last annoyance is the beautiful stainless edge trim that trap grease and crumbs where its edge meets the enamel. Despite the annoyances and irritations, I would still recommend this cooktop. I am heeding the advice about moving the wok burners to the back and I sincerely hope others start removing the knobs when cleaning and especially when young children are present until KitchenAid makes a limiter or a spring for the existing knobs to prohibit it from turning on by accidentally brushing against it.

Decent range top. Burner grate broke only after 4y

Chicadelacruz 12/31/2025

The burner grate broke on this only 4 years after we purchased it. The replacement was expensive for just one grate. $110. I also do not like how the knobs stick out so far out. They easily are bumped and we have to always check that they are not on before we go to bed or leave the house, because I have found one on after having company over.

Beautiful Cook Top

Jen11 11/4/2025

It was a choice for our new home. I have only been cooking on it x 1 mo but great flame. Cleaning on the other hand not so easy. The curvature down towards the burner and the strip that divides the burner are stinkers to clean. Wish it could have had a flatter surface. So if you™€™re doing a lot of cooking, you will be doing a lot of cleaning.

Don™€™t buy this

John We 10/8/2025

Garbage! We have had this range top for four years. It matches all of our other appliances. Shortly after the warranty expired, multiple burners malfunctions with several only partially igniting - ie. flame was only present on 50% of the burner circumference. Shortly thereafter several of the burners stopped igniting altogether or would ignite but would continually make a clicking sound. We had someone out to do a repair. The problem was momentarily fixed but recurred. About six months ago we noticed the smell of gas after using the front left burner. We turned the burner off and the smell of gas filled the house. We shut the gas line off and had a repair person come in. He inspected the burner and recommended we no longer use it. So we removed the knob for the burner. We now have a $3500 cooktop with a missing knob and can only use 3/5 remaining burners one of which is tiny. I refuse to purchase another. I don™€™t want to modify the cabinets or countertop but might not have a choice. Buyer beware.

Nice Features, But Unsafe

AggieAlex 7/16/2025

I have had the range for about 2 months now, it was brand new with our new build home. I like the size of the cooktop, the modularity of the grates, and the size and power of the burners. I think it's a cool idea to have simmer levels on a couple of the burners. With that said, two of the burners don't light quickly, so it sits there and clicks for sometimes up to 15 seconds and you end up releasing a lot of gas and then when it does light you get a small fireball. It is quite unsafe and I've already burned the hairs off my arm twice. Whether this is a manufacturer defect or an issue with the installation, I am unsure. But it's not safe and that is why I am rating it 3 stars. If this can be fixed easily I am willing to change my review.

Grates are broken

kr72 7/15/2025

I've had my cooktop for just over two years. I like the power it has, but I am very disappointed in the grates. Like a number of other reviews, I have a cracked wok grate. This seems to be common and must be a flaw in the design. I don't want to have to replace these every few years! I also wish it had lights on the front to tell you when a burner is on, because they are VERY easy to turn on and when the flame is low, you may not notice it.

BEWARE of the KNOBS

DoggieMommy 6/19/2025

We upgraded our appliance package with a well-known builder to KitchenAid and moved into our home in Oct.2024. Most of the package is fine. The KitchenAid® 36' 6-Burner Commercial-Style Gas Rangetop has a dangerous design flaw - DO NOT PURCHASE OR INSTALL! The knobs are extremely easy to turn on, which can cause problems if you happen to bump into them. I have come into the kitchen several times to the smell of gas. At first, I had my husband turn off the gas outside at the main. And it took me hours to discover that one of the range top knobs was slightly turned to the right which allows gas to flow through the line but not ignite (thought it was a fluke), until it happened several additional times. I called KitchenAid about the issue to see if they had a "fix". KitchenAid sent out a technician who suggested that we "be careful" or put "child safety" knobs on the cooktop. What??? a band-aid fix??? So I contacted KitchenAid again and was given basically the same advice with 1 caveat...they offered me a coupon (good for 30 days) on a "new" Range-top appliance (installation extra), but no actual solution for this hazardous issue. Most likely, this review will never be posted. But I just think that the consumer should be aware of this product's hazardous design flaw. Good luck, and hope no one gets hurt.

Sensitive Knobs

jmschaffer 6/5/2025

This product was offered by our home builder and we choose it because of the product name and style. I would get it 5 stars BUT you have to be VERY careful how you lean up against the range top, specifically the knobs! You can accidently turn the knob so that the gas is on and I was cleaning the back and leaned up against it and it actually turned on while my hand was over the burner! Knobs are very sensitive! I will be reaching out to customer service.

WoHaLiY 5/28/2025

Had this cooktop for just over a year and both front grates cracked. Tried to reach out to customer service and been told I'm out of luck since it's been a year. Called parts and didn't get anyone on the phone. Called and left my number to call me back, they called me after 11pm at night. I returned a call next day waited on hold and then left a number again so they can call me back, never got a call back second time. Now I'm stuck with this almost $4,000 broken cooktop that is only 1.5 year old.

Pros and cons

Firedude 5/9/2025

Remodeled the whole kitchen. After research we went with all new kitchen aid appliances. This cook top is amazing. I especially like the simmer burners. Looks amazing, works well. I did get the side griddle and use it mainly as a tortilla warmer. If I did this again I would opt out of the side griddle. Couple little things I don't like. One it kind of sticks out past the counter top and looks out of place. 2nd is the inserts around the burners are not removable to clean. Overall we like this coop top.

Safety Concern Report: KitchenAid Gas Cooktop Model KCGC506JSS00 (Serial Number: DD4203603) Dear U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, I am writing to bring to your attention a serious safety concern regarding my KitchenAid gas cooktop, model KCGC506JSS00, serial number DD4203603. This issue not only affects my appliance but appears to be a recurring problem across similar KitchenAid models, based on feedback I have encountered. The primary issue involves the burner controls, which can unintentionally turn on with even the slightest contact, such as brushing against them while walking by. In these instances, one of two outcomes occurs: Gas flows without ignition/combustion. Gas flows and ignites unintentionally. These incidents happen without deliberate user input and create an environment susceptible to severe hazards, including fire, explosion, or exposure to gas leakage. This poses a substantial threat to users' safety and well-being. I have contacted KitchenAid to address this issue but feel it is necessary to escalate this matter to your agency to ensure public safety. I urge you to investigate whether this appliance, and potentially other models with similar designs, meet current safety standards. If necessary, I request that corrective actions be taken to prevent unintentional activation of gas flow or ignition. Thank you for your attention to this critical safety matter. Please let me know if further details or actions are required from my side. Sincerely, George Saab

UNSAFE - FIRE HAZARD

Dangerous Product 2025 3/8/2025

Overall rating would be 0 if I could leave that. This product is dangerous - BUYER BEWARE! We have had this product for less than 3 months in a brand new home. The knobs can easily be turned on by just bumping them. A service rep came out to review and said it is operating per specs. However, we need to go through our retailer who is supporting our return of product and KitchenAid has denied. It is an unsafe product, KitchenAid is on notice. We are not happy with this product. We now only put knobs on the appliance when getting ready to use.

Kitchenaid installers were unable to do the work.

Lloyd Center 2/18/2025

Well it looked to be an outstanding appliance sadly we had to send it back. The kitchen aid installation crew bro said they could not install it because the gas line was on the right side of the range and the previous range had a gas line on the left side necessitating a cut in the wood frame which they were not allowed to do. We had no place to store it so it went it back on the truck. We hope to repurchthe range top from another Supplier as purchasing directly from kitchenaid had its limitations.

Wok grates crack after a little over a year. Certain burners are hard to ignitire, even after getting the ignitors replaced.

Six burner blow torch

Chef Breon 2/8/2025

™€œ™€Wow, what a great cooktop. I can heat up a cast iron frying pan quicker than you can say:™€ what™€™s for supper™€The burners are precise and with six of them there™€™s no amount of food I can™€™t cook at one time and buy golly it looks good too.

Great commercial style cooktop for home

mcole1973 2/4/2025

The stove is very well built and we are happy in general. There is so much more space for cooking without pots and pans bumping into one another. 2 persons could almost cook side by side. However, a way to lock out the gas supply or knobs would be a nice safety improvement. In addition, the installation instructions are lacking some detail.

DO NOT BUY!

BrianWKY 1/8/2025

We just bought this cooktop 4 months ago. I WOULD NOT recommend this cooktop! It's the first gas cooktop I've ever used that WILL NOT BOIL WATER! It literally takes 15 minutes for it to start to boil an average sized kettle of water. I am SO dissapointed with this cooktop. We've had to have the front right burner replaced twice because it would not ignite. They assured us that it would work properly and still, sometimes it will ignite and other times it will not. I regret purchasing this cooktop with every fiber of my being! I've always been told that KitchenAid is a very popular and highly recommended product. I will never purchase a KitchenAid product ever again. It's also extremely hard to get customer service.

Large pan area and 2 high 20,000 BTU burners.

Jeff in GA 12/21/2024

I've had this cooktop about 2 months now, and have probably used it over 50 times since then. I'd previously used a Wolf cooktop but was never happy with it because while it simmered great, it could never reach higher temperatures of 20,000 BTU that I love for searing and using a Wok. With two 20,000 BTU burners I have what I need for cooking multiple high temperature dishes simulanteously, and the burners have plenty of room in between them for having several mid to large size pans on it simultaneously. Two of the grates also all for raising or lowering the pan to simmer or wok fry more effectively. I don't miss my Wolf at all and absolutely love cooking on this more versitale grill.

Awesome rangetop except for the ring grates

SeanM412 12/21/2024

I actually really love this range top with the exception of the rings for the 20k BTU burners. It seems like a great idea to allow them to be removed for using a wok, etc. but after a little more than a year of owning this unit, the rings cracked and split from one of the quadrants of both rings. Now, I have owned this unit for almost 4 years and one of the quadrants of one of the rings have completely broken off. Based on reading other reviews, it seems like it is a design flaw that others are experiencing as well. If that design could be rectified, this would get 5 stars from me.

Arrived Broken

Al F. 12/16/2024

Do NOT buy. I™€™m stuck with this piece of poop. I purchased it 10/04/24 (there™€™s no returning it after 30 days). I had my new kitchen remodel completed 12/4/24. Thought it would be a great idea to plan ahead and have my new appliances ready. Installed this stove 12/8, and the ignition keeps sparking. Click, click, click. Did all the checks and troubleshooting. Called for service (or a new stove), waited over two hours on hold - worst customer service! Service tech arrived 12/10, says needs wire harness and ignition kit. Both out of stock. Called Kitchenaid- again over an hour on hold! No F help from Kitchenaid, just VERY ™€œempathetic.™€ Don™€™t buy this unreliable brand.

Solid update

CAGrif 12/5/2024

I bought this to replace an older model that had a griddle instead of two of the six burner in this one. Install was easy; the burners are a big improvement and cleaning this model is superior. The one caution that has repeatedly been mentioned, it is alarmingly easy to turn on a burner unintentionally by brushing up against one of the knobs. Overall, very pleased with the rangetop.

Fire hazard

SSG50 11/14/2024

There has been a fire twice in our home because of the cooktop. And cooktop has turned on several times even by someone going by it at the least contact. Several times I have come to the kitchen and the stove top is on without anyone intentionally turning it on. Similar instances have reported with kitchen aid by other customers. Similar instances have been reported with similar appliance feature tin other companies. They have provided recalls and remedies. Kitchen aid should provide safety remedies on this model. This is a safety hazard.
